Motivation, Nutrition, and Exercise



What is OZone Fit Training?

It is this simple for you to be successful with improving your health and losing weight, you will need to know and do everything that I can show you about these four components:


  • MOTIVATION: Unless you can become and stay motivated over the short and long term there will really be no use in reading on. Based on my experience with thousands of clients I have created a 5 step plan to become and stay motivated!


  • Proper NUTRITION: How you choose to eat for weight loss is very specific to you. As your coach, I get this. I understand that we all don't like the same things. So, my eating plan is based on choices. Bottom line you can follow one of my eating plans, do a very specific diet, or work with me to alter what it is that you want to eat whatever you choose we will make it work for you!



  • Proper EXERCISE as per your goal. In order to get the most out of your exercise for weight loss you will have to participate in weight loss specific exercise. By doing this you will receive ALL of the advantages and benefits of exercise. We will cut no corners here. When you get done, you will have earned every inch.



  • TROUBLESHOOTING. It is just not enough to do a weight loss program. If you are going to do it right, and make it last, you are going to have to understand what you have done, and how to make adjustments to keep progressing. This means you are going to have to learn this stuff. More specifically, you will have to learn how to troubleshoot this program to make it work for YOUR specific body.
